1. Processing Time
- Made-to-Order Items: All items are custom-made and may require 5-7 business days for production before shipment.
- Personalized Orders: Items requiring personalization may take additional time to process. We will inform you of any estimated production delays at checkout.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, along with an estimated delivery date.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: International orders may take 10-20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and any customs processing times. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times will vary.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon receiving the order.
- Ooo We Got Gifts Too is not responsible for delays caused by customs or issues arising from customs clearance.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.
- Delayed Shipments: If you do not receive your tracking number within the estimated production time, please contact us for an update.
5. Shipping Issues and Delays
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, offer a replacement for your order.
- Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times as shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- Restricted Countries: We are unable to ship to certain countries due to import restrictions. If your country is unavailable during checkout, it may be restricted.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Changes: If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We may not be able to make changes once the order has entered the production stage.
- Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been processed.
