At Ooo We Got Gifts Too, we take pride in crafting unique, personalized, made-to-order items for each customer. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

No Refunds Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect order, we will gladly remake your item at no additional cost. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the item within 10 working days of receiving it.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs for any returns. We do not reimburse return shipping fees.

Restocking Fee: For approved returns, a 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Store Credit: For approved returns, we offer store credit that can be applied toward any purchase (excluding gift cards) at Ooo We Got Gifts Too. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Returns Time Frame: To be eligible for store credit, returns must be initiated within 10 working days of receiving your item.

Final Sale on Clearance & Sale Items: All items purchased on clearance or during sales are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
